COURSE ONE OF THE AWAKENING SERIES

Grief to Grace

When grief becomes a doorway.

You haven’t lost them. You’ve lost the way you used to reach them.

Some griefs don’t want to be fixed. They want to be witnessed.

The pain you feel isn’t separate from love. It is what love feels like when it reaches for someone who isn’t there.

Grief to Grace is a gentle, self-paced journey through the terrain most of life makes no room for—learning not to move on from what you’ve lost, but to move with it. Not toward closure, but toward something quieter and truer: the discovery that what you carry isn’t a burden to set down. It’s a love that’s still asking to be lived.

The Promise

By the end of this course, you won’t have “gotten over” your grief, you’ll have danced with it, moved through it. You will come out the other side carrying something you didn’t expect.

A renewed sense of connection to the one(s) you’ve lost.

A spiritual framework that makes sense of loss and of life.

Peace. Not perfection, not forgetting. But genuine, deeply felt peace.

Recognition of the signs, synchronicities, and quiet ways they’re still reaching you.

A deeper understanding of who you are becoming through this experience.

The Arc: What This Course Will Cover

This course is segmented into eight modules. Each module pairs a short teaching with a guided meditation. It is all designed for you to move through at your own pace.

1. The Sacred Nature of Grief

Why the pain is not a malfunction to fix, but the shape of having loved.

2. The Many Faces of Loss

There is no hierarchy of loss. If you loved them, you’re allowed to grieve them.

3. Love Never Dies

Healing was never about letting go. It’s about changing love’s address.

4. Signs, Synchronicities & Sacred Winks

Recognizing the private language your loved one is still speaking to you.

5. The Dark Night & The Turning Point

The lowest point of grief is not the final one.

6. Awakening Through Loss

What pours into the opening is often the truest version of you.

7. Living in Two Worlds

Your joy doesn’t betray them. You can carry the ache and still build a life.

8. Grace

Not the deletion of grief, but its turning—into something you can carry, and even build meaning from.

This Course Is for You If…

  • You’ve lost someone and you’re not sure how to carry it.

  • You’ve tried to “move on” but something in you refuses, because forgetting feels like a betrayal.

  • You’ve been seeking something more—some sign, some message, some proof that they’re still near.

  • You’re experiencing a quiet but undeniable spiritual awakening that began with your loss and you don’t know what to do with it.

  • You want to grieve in your own way, at your own pace, without anyone telling you how long it should take.

About Jeffrey Peck

I’m Jeffrey Peck—an evidential psychic medium, spiritual teacher, and host of the Something Super Spiritual podcast.

My work is rooted in one truth: your loved ones are closer than you think.

I’ve spent years sitting with people in their grief. What I’ve witnessed, again and again, is this: the love doesn’t disappear—it transforms. When we understand and explore this change, that is where the true healing begins.

I trained at the Arthur Findlay College in England under some of the world’s most respected mediums, and I bring that rigor, along with deep warmth and genuine compassion, to everything I teach.

I created Grief to Grace because I’ve seen what becomes possible when grief is held spiritually. And I want that for you.

A gentle but important note.

The Awakening Series, and all of my work, is spiritual and educational in nature. I’m an evidential psychic medium and spiritual teacher — not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.

What I offer is meant to walk alongside your healing, never to replace professional care.

Grief can be one of the heaviest things a person ever carries, and sometimes it asks for more support than any course or meditation can give. If you’re finding it hard to function, or you’re struggling with your mental health in a way that feels like more than you can hold alone, please reach out to a qualified professional. That isn’t a failure — it’s another kind of courage.

And if you ever reach a point where you’re thinking of harming yourself, please don’t wait. In the U.S., you can call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time — day or night — to talk with someone trained to help. Outside the U.S., you can find a local line at findahelpline.com.

You matter, and you don’t have to carry this alone
